Experienced and Certified Personnel
All employees are carefully screened including aptitude / behavioural psychology tests, medical and competency assessments.

- The company is experienced in operating and supplying qualified personnel for a large range of cranes. The company is also able to provide experienced / trained operators for rare / older / specialist application cranes and ancillary equipment.
- First class lifting and rigging operational and management procedures developed over many years of providing services to regional clients.
- Detailed assessment and verification of competence and appropriate certification. Goldfields Crane Hire sets enabling objectives and minimum performance standards (GCH FORM TRG 01 - competency and skills matrix) that must be met by all operators and Labour Hire personnel.
- Continuation and special requirement training. All CCL Labour Hire personnel are considered part of the company. All are inducted, trained and mentored to ensure full understanding and compliance with GCH policies and procedures.
- Quality is assured against performance targets (KPI).
- Stringent, Industry Best Practice, OSH&E Policies and Procedures covering all aspects of GCH services.
Crane Crew Logistics is able to provide the following categories of service:
Category 1 - Short, Medium and Long Term Specialist Labour Provision (single trade qualified, multi skilled, leading hand and supervisor level) including:
- Riggers / Doggers
- Crane Operators (various cranes - overhead, carrier mounted, rough terrain, truck loaders, crawlers and tower cranes)
Category 2 - Shut Down / Breakdown Labour [under the company's emergency and priority service scheme] for all Cat 1 trades above.
Category 3 - Shut Down Management. The company can provide personnel for:
- Total Lifting and Rigging Process and Operational Management.
- Night and Day Shift Supervision.
- Operational Supervisors for a broad range of shut down requirements including the coordination of complex lifting and rigging operations and site lift analysis.
Safety
Goldfields Crane Hire has developed comprehensive OSH&E policies and procedures in full and complete adherence with the provisions of statutory requirements and industry standards. The Company also complies with all and any specific safety requirements when working under the umbrella of Client Safety Management Practices. The company recognises that safety is a key performance indicator and that if it is to achieve its operating and business objectives in the most effective and efficient way, adherence to high standards of OSH&E performance is essential.

OSH&E Performance Records
Goldfields Crane Hire maintains records in accordance with the WA OHS&W Act and Regulations as detailed in Sections 5.3 and 9.5 of the Goldfields Crane Hire Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Policy and Procedures Manual [available on request and confirmation of privacy arrangements].
